GSTND provides solutions that prevent attacks and save lives when attacks or accidental disasters occur. Building on technologies initially developed at Sandia National Laboratories, GSTND has developed a next-generation system for finding dangerous nuclear materials, chemical agents and explosives, even when they have been shielded in an effort to prevent detection. This technology can be deployed in portable or drone-carried form, or in larger installations that scan every piece (100%) of baggage or every cargo container being loaded or unloaded without delaying transportation or shipping. GSTND’s eVader™ emergency response device is designed to survive a nuclear detonation or other electromagnetic pulse event and keep working. Our proprietary shutdown circuitry protects the device from both ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and gathers radiation and dose rate data during the shutdown period. eVader then automatically restarts to provide crucial radiation dose readouts in the seconds and minutes after the event. This information will tell survivors what radiation dose they received and allow them to react accordingly, greatly reducing casualties.
